Saab 9-5 converted to Hearse spec by market specialists Coleman Milne from new in late Year 2000 (Week 39 if you must know!) and showing just 81,069 miles of steady, careful use the Saab was in formal service along with the Saab Limo in the sale until early May this year.

Powered by Saab’s proven 2.0 litre turbocharged Ecopower engine driven here, by 4-speed automatic transmission we have the traditional and ever so functional cockpit up front with normal seating followed by two secondary seats behind. There is then plenty of space for the resting party in the main rear load area, with useful full length storage space below the highly polished timber deck for another John-Doe, or perhaps in its new life some fishing gear or ladders for a new window cleaning business perhaps….?

The car appears in good order, the black paintwork still shiny with but a few blisters as pictured on the middle door bottoms and ran as it should on the drive to Brightwells from North Shropshire by the vendor.

Within the history file, we find the V5C showing five former owners to the current Funeral service firm, MOT without advisory running until May 2022 and service book showing nine stamps including PDI, the last in November 2017 at 74,662 miles.
