Supplied new by Mercedes-Benz of Woking in September 2000 this tidy little R170 generation SLK comes in powerful 320 form, featuring the 215bhp 3.2-litre M112 E32 series V6 engine under the bonnet, driving the rear wheels via five-speed automatic transmission.

Finished in Brilliant Silver the car remains in standard spec, riding on its five-spoke 16” alloy wheels the bodywork looks very presentable for its age with but a few minor marks.  Inside, we find black leather seats with electric operation and walnut trim.  In addition, we note the spec includes dual zone climate control with A/C, cruise control, traction control, Mercedes Audio-10 radio/CD player, electric windows, mirrors and useful wind deflector.  The folding metal roof is of course fully electric and automated.

Showing just 65,382 miles this is an appealing example, the history file backs this up with a useful 13 service stamps recorded in the service book, the last in November 2020 at 64,026 miles by Bells garage of Kidderminster. In addition, further notes in the service book indicate replacement brake fluid, new fuel filter and replacement gearbox oil/filter in December 2020 and most recently new front discs, pads and diff oil replacement in July 2021 at 64,952 miles and new battery in January 2022.

Within the history file we also find the V5C revealing five former keepers to our vendor who has enjoyed the car for the last four years covering limited mileage of only c.1,000 miles per annum, 12 old MOT certificates and the current MOT valid until October 2022 with no advisories recorded and as such looks ready to be enjoyed.   On offer here at No Reserve the highest bid takes it away.
