Offered here is a late Mk II Countryman which was first registered in May 1963.

Mileage is showing as just over 47,000 which is believed to be correct and bearing in mind the few recorded keepers and overall order, this may well be correct.

The MOT history shows that it has done few miles since 2000 (46,167miles) and it run and drives, but is clearly crying out for some more use. It also has the old style V5 in the file.

The current MOT expires in May 2023 and showed just a few minor advisories, including mainly tyre wear. Some corrosion on the brakes was noted but has been greased and an issue with the exhaust, although the mounting has now been replaced. Some minor maintenance might be needed if it is to be used regularly.
