First registered in November 1991,
this iconic Honda CRX is powered by one of the most famous four-cylinder
performance engines to come out of Japan, Honda's B16 V-TEC
engine.
Showing just 76,000 miles on
the odometer with 11 service stamps in the book, the last dated September 2006.
Our vendor advises us that the oil has been changed regularly in his seven-year
ownership. A quick look online shows MOTs have been a nearly annual
occurrence, the last five of which have seen no advisories recorded, the current
advisory-free MOT is valid until March 2026.
Coming with a
good-sized history folder containing lots of invoices from the Nineties and
Naughties for regular servicing and remedial work, we do not have much in the
way of recent expenditure, however we do have a handwritten note on file from
our vendor detailing some of the recent works he had carried out on his CRX
including: reconditioned alternator two years ago; cam belt changed at
75,000 miles approximately three years ago; fibreglass sunroof fitted;
coolant flush and fresh coolant two years ago.
Covering just 2,230
miles since 2011, this Honda CRX is crying out for some regular use and the
crisp styling still looks great today.
