1978 MGB GT

Delivered new in September 1978, it was acquired by the vendor
in 1999 according to the V5C.
A detailed log on file shows its mileage
accumulation from 1985 at 58,068 miles to the current 116,000 miles indicated.
It references a first refurb in 1988 and then a month by month break-down of
care and attention from 1999 onwards.
This is most impressive and
explains the nice order the car is in today. It had a major body overhaul in
2017 including new quarter panels , A posts, offside door (second hand) and a
new sill. It was repainted (not the roof), a paint job which still looks good
five years on. The log is backed up by a huge wad of invoices and
bills.
The car is fit and ready to go and we think looks terrific value
at the suggested guide price. Classic motoring at its
best.
